Using Movetide
These terms describe use of the Movetide app and website provided by ZIX DEV Inc.. Use the app lawfully and respect the software, artwork and other content. Store terms also apply when you download the app or make a purchase.
Training and your judgment
Movetide is a workout planning and recording tool. It is not medical care, a diagnosis or individualized professional coaching. Choose activities appropriate for your circumstances and seek qualified advice when you need it. Recorded progress and suggested targets do not guarantee physical results.
Your local records
No Movetide account is required. You control the training information you enter, and it remains on your device. Movetide does not offer cloud sync, backup restore or data import/export. App deletion, data clearing or device loss can permanently remove records. Store purchase restoration does not restore workout data.
Free training and optional Pro
Core training features are free. Pro removes advertising. Planned US pricing is US$9.99 per month or US$95.90 per year. A seven-day trial is offered where eligible. Your store displays the applicable local price, billing period, trial eligibility, taxes and other purchase terms before you confirm.
Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by the store unless canceled. If you begin an eligible trial, it changes to the selected paid subscription unless you cancel in time. Manage cancellation through the store that billed you. Apple advises canceling a trial at least 24 hours before its end. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Use the official Apple subscription instructions or Google Play subscription instructions. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store rules and consumer rights. Your local training records and free features remain available when Pro ends.
Availability and changes
Movetide is still preparing for public release. Development screenshots contain sample data; features and appearance may change before launch. Store availability, device support and specific exercise content may vary. We may update the app and these terms; this page will show its revision date.
Third-party services and privacy
App stores, advertising and analytics providers operate their own services. See Privacy & data for the distinction between local training records and network services.
